i am working on 2 full length movies at the same time, one of which is a collection of short visualizations. this is one such visualization.

Very clever!!!! This is a really simple and imaginative peice of work - the music adds a lot to the atmosphere.

dude, this is freaking great. A creative masterpiece. I have no idea how you've done it. The synchronization of video with the actual animation is excellent. (can you please tell me what tool have you used for this one? )

I really like the concept wth the hands creating things and such. And it's also very cleverly done.

wellllllllllllll, i just videotaped my hands (and somehow managed to keep them pretty close to where they needed to be. i only needed to go in and change their position once. if you watch when i pull the swing back, you see both hands moving upwards). then i imported the video into flash and just tweened all the lines and added a mask layer to each one. for some reason, it was a concept that i initially had a hard time wrapping my head around. but then i figured out that it's much easier if you just work backwards. so. it took about a week to do.
